Heart2Care Homecare Services is a compassionate and client-focused home care organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and families in need of personalized support. Our mission is to provide holistic, high-quality, and dignified care that promotes independence, safety, and well-being in the comfort of our clients’ homes and community settings, including private homes, group homes, continuing care homes, and hospitals. In addition to private services and facility staffing support, we are proud to be an approved provider for government-funded programs such as FSCD (Family Support for Children with Disabilities), Alberta Health Services (AHS) — supporting families approved for home care under the Client Directed Home Care Invoicing (CDHCI) program, the Veterans Independence Program (VIP), and the Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB). Through these programs, we ensure that children, adults, veterans, and individuals recovering from work-related injuries receive accessible, culturally sensitive, and professional care tailored to their unique needs.
