Heart2Care Homecare Services Services is a compassionate, client-focused organization dedicated to enhancing quality of life through personalized support. We are proud to be an approved provider for several government-funded programs, including:
FSCD (Family Support for Children with Disabilities): Providing specialized support for families and children.
Alberta Health Services (AHS): Supporting families approved for home care under the Client Directed Home Care Invoicing (CDHCI) program.
Veterans Independence Program (VIP): Assisting veterans in maintaining their independence at home.
Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB): Providing professional care for individuals recovering from work-related injuries.
Through these programs, we ensure that children, adults, and veterans receive accessible, culturally sensitive care tailored to their unique needs. In addition to these funded initiatives, Heart2Care offers a full suite of private services and facility staffing support.
Our mission is to provide holistic, high-quality, and dignified care that promotes independence, safety, and well-being. We deliver these services in the comfort of our clients’ homes as well as various community settings, including group homes, continuing care facilities, and hospitals.
